Warranty Policy

1. Structure warranty: 1 year

2. Upholstery warranty: 45 days (only applicable to manufacturing defects)

3. Warranty becomes effective upon full receipt of the product on the delivery date.

4. Customers must inspect the product upon delivery and refuse acceptance if there are issues such as incorrect model, wrong color, incomplete quantity, or visible damage.

Product Claim Procedure

• Contact the store via chat and provide a video clip and photos of the damaged product.

• Customers must deliver the item to the store themselves.

• Claims for damaged products will be considered only within 7 days from the date of receipt.

The warranty does not cover the following:

• Damage to the upholstery such as scratches, fading, rust, tears, abrasions

• Broken or scratched legs

• Damage caused by termites, insects, mold, natural wear and tear, or misuse
