- 2 years structural warranty
- 3 month warranty on Upholstery material (in case of manufacturing defects)
- Product warranty will be effective immediately from the date the customer receives the product 100%
- The customer must inspect the product and refuse to receive the product if there is a problem such as wrong model, wrong color, incomplete quantity or damaged. etc.
How to Claim a product
- Chat to inform the shop and send a video clip during unpacking the product. and also a photos of damaged products
- Customers take a products to our stores by Owns for repairs.
- Incase Product replacement due to damage The company reserves the right to consider on a case by case basis only within 7 days from the date of receiving the product.
- Incase Customer inform product problems over 7 days from the date of Receives. The company reserves the right to repair products for customers under warranty conditions only.
Note: Above warranty does not cover deterioration from use, damage to the Upholstery material such as scratches, rust, tear, abrasion, broken legs, leg marks, damage caused by termites, moths, mold, natural marks. and misuse
