3. The warranty takes effect from the day the customer receives the product at 100% completion upon delivery.
4. Customers must inspect the product upon delivery and reject items if they have issues such as incorrect model, incorrect color, incomplete quantity, or damage.

How to Claim Warranty:

1. Contact the shop via chat and send photos of the product requiring a claim.
2. The customer must send the damaged product back to the shop.
3. The factory will repair and return the product to the customer.

Notes:

• Does not cover natural wear and tear from usage.
• Upholstery damages such as scratches, fading, rust, tears, peeling, broken legs, leg marks, termite damage, mold, natural wear, and damages from improper use are not covered under the warranty.
