1. 1 year structural warranty
2. 45 days packaging material warranty (in case of manufacturing process errors)
3. Product warranty will be effective immediately from the date the customer receives the product 100% on the delivery date
4. Customers must inspect the product and refuse to accept it if any problems are found, such as sending the wrong model, sending the wrong color, sending an incomplete amount, damaged or lost.

How to file a product claim

– Chat with the shop and send a clip and photo of the damaged product

– The customer delivers the product to the shop by themselves

– Changing the product due to damage is considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product only.
