Warranty Policy

1. Frame Warranty: 1 year

2. Upholstery Warranty: 45 days (limited to defects caused by the manufacturing process)

3. The warranty becomes effective from the date the customer receives the product in full on the day of delivery.

4. Customers must inspect the product upon delivery and refuse acceptance if any issues are found, such as:

   • Incorrect model

   • Wrong color

   • Incomplete quantity

   • Visible damage or defects

Claim Procedure

• Contact the store via chat and submit video clips and photos of the damaged item.

• Customers are responsible for returning the product to the store by themselves.

• Product replacement due to damage will be considered only within 7 days from the date of product receipt.

Note

The following types of damage are not covered under the warranty:

• Surface scratches, discoloration, rust, tears, abrasions

• Broken or scratched legs

• Damage caused by termites, insects, mold, natural wear and tear

• Damage resulting from misuse or improper handling
